Note for video transfer customers:
Before directly transferring your films, we recommend you to first review your films after development as far as possible.
We cannot check the films for contents / usability. The films are always transferred, unless they are severely damaged.
Therefore, we cannot exclude the possiblity that unusable material might be transferred, thereby incurring unnecessary costs. For newly developed films only partly exposed 15-meter (50 ft) reels are completely transferred.
 

Notes for the handling process

1. Please specify all your invoice and delivery address information clearly. If possible, enclose your credit card information (card number, expiration date, card owner name) with the order. 
   - Please confirm a renewed use of by Andec registered credit card details with every order.
   - By money transfer in advance please note with payment order “Payment in advance / Your name”.
2. Please state in writing if you would like to request additional treatment and if you have enclosed cash money with your letter.
3. Please write in German or English only.
4. For private EU customers German VAT will be added (currently at 19%).
5. For business deliveries within the EU the EU VAT Number is required.
   Tax-exempted deliveries can only be carried out if this number is provided.
6. Please ensure you state your preferred shipping type in writing. Otherwise, shipment will be via the most cost-effective mail service.
7. For foreign customers not paying using a credit card or cash payment a pro-forma invoice will be sent.
   Upon receiving the payment the shipment is delivered.
8. For pro-forma invoice or credit card payments you will receive an invoice document,
   for cash payments you will get a receipt.
